Thank you for doing this podcast. It is truly life changing! I would absolutely love a season 2. In this podcast, science and research was explained in a way that listeners can understand, and then apply to their lives. Very informative and easy to listen to.

Where is season 2?!
This was so informative and reinvigorating in the podcast space. So much scientific based literature and information. Not to mention the horizon of a possible future where we live longer and healthier lives. The people need more content of this depth (it’s me, I am the people)
