Applicable, empowering information for all women!
As a personal trainer and health coach I’m always looking for useful information to grow my knowledge but also hear different approaches to help my clients. Nia has such a refreshing view on fitness and living a true healthy lifestyle as opposed to all the fitness marketing plaguing the industry and magazine covers. Her guests are fitness gurus in various ways and the hour long podcasts flys by and you feel you’re sitting listening to friends. Personally her podcasts have shifted my focus and idea of what fitness and a balanced lifestyle means to me in the best way possible. I feel more focused in the gym and take slip ups in stride. Highly recommend!

Nia and guests send such great messages to women in the fitness community. Informative, funny and all around badass. Look forward to listening every week and it's always a great empowering pick-me-up for when I'm beating myself up (as many women do). Can't wait for more!
