“I lost my young husband at age 31 to a brain aneurysm. I was left with two children ages 9 and 7 to raise on my own. My son was killed in a car/ bike accident when he was 15. My second husband died at age 54 of a brain tumor. I am still struggling wondering where God is. I grew up in a Christian family and always thought my faith was strong. I still am feeling mad at God for taking my son. I can’t seem to get past it. And I’m no longer comfortable in church. Maddie is so much stronger than I am.
