The time that comes up at the end of the modern calendar year means so many things to so many people. We have the holidays, the new year and so much energy is put into those mainstream holidays.  We make the resolutions for the new year, and often let them fail and give up- and we don’t actually focus the amount of energy that this time of year deserves to manifest powerful and lasting change into our life.   In this episode, Heath discusses the history of how this time of year has been distorted and what some cultures observe that matches several natural processes.
