I like that they are short an to the point . I was listening to true crime , an really was getting bummed out. I wonder why ? The music you listen too , the news all day affects your mood. Great podcast for everyday breaks
Great podcast, useful everyday tips to use and such positive easy changes to make. My recommendation - The actual podcast is quieter than the intro and the end so it has to be turned up and when it ends the music is too loud at the end (with it being a sudden loud beat, it ruins the calm vibe).
