So this episode was the hardest to record and I deleted it several times. This is a real look into my life that I thought I would share a lot later. But it's a little repetitive but, for a real reason. You may have someone that you love or care for that you would never think they could get sick....

So I've opened up to someone that I thought I could trust. My boss so that never ended well so how do you think it feels, telling that person you love or great friends the fear is real. With depression its easier to hide how we are felling. And just hide it, and all seems normal when we can.
