Best aviation conversations

This is a fantastic podcast. I came here looking for airline podcasts only but was pleasantly surprised with the unique guests on the shows from all walks of aviation. Some of the best episodes I have ever heard have been on this podcast.

Great start with a peripheral look at local aviation

Really enjoying the show so far. I like how it’s loosely structured around Minneapolis aviation but still has applicable takeaways for aviation in general. Topics have a great breadth of guest coverage too, from people running the airports, to pilots, ATC and even airport restaurant owners.

Only real complaint is the interviewers will often interject “yeah” or grunts of agreement. This is good in a conversation but makes for bad audio and it clearly disrupts the guest’s conversational flow. They don’t actually interrupt though so it doesn’t derail the conversation but this is an easy interview point they are missing and I’m sure they will figure it out as they continue the show.

That said, they do a great job with insightful questions and follow up on the more complex topics to create interesting conversation. I hope they continue this for a long while!
