Beyond the Boards is a hockey development program founded by a couple of young and ambitious former hockey players in their mid 20's. Sumeet and Lorenzo are dedicated towards shaping better hockey players and more importantly better people. Their focus is on preparing young players between the ages of 9 and 13 for elite level, quadrant hockey. They do so by empowering these individuals both on and off the ice through innovative teaching methods and meaningful guest speakers. Beyond the Boards introduces young athletes to all of the avenues that can become available to them if they push themselves and focus their efforts on school AND hockey.

A few of the lads from the BIG Winter Classic team sat down to suck back a couple radio beers, and discuss the excitement of their upcoming music festival on Jan 19-22nd, 2017.
