Mano jumps in the hot seat and goes deep into his past, shares how life got the better of him and shares what it was like growing up in an alcoholic home and then to losing his mother to suicide due to alcohol. He came back from it and today he has 1 YEAR CLEAN from all substances! He has put the work in and has stepped up to the plate and is building a life for him and his family. Support the Show.

Conor has been suffering with his mental health from a very young age and with addiction along side it life took a turn for the worst…. But he’s a soldier and he got clean and is now a with a gang of soldiers along side him changing the game starting with his own community. In this week’s episode Tom travelled down to meet us. He talks about growing up and how he navigated active addiction and how bad it got for him.
