Jack Hughes had a spectacular season for the New Jersey Devils. He was able to lead the Devils in a lot of offensive categories and participated in his second career all-star game. This historical season couldn't have been possible without Hughes' strong contribution. While his name was brought up in the Hart Memorial Trophy discussion, he was obviously not named a finalist. However, I think Hughes is perfectly capable of winning Hart sometime in the near future.
