“Locked on is a good podcast for those longing for Isles content. Daily analysis for your NY Islanders. A little dry but decent perspective. The issue with this program is the intro. 4.5 minutes of the hosts self promotions about a book he wrote ten years ago, descriptions of the upcoming discussions and commercials before he even starts. Way too much to endure before you get to the actual show. Three stars because its a daily pod.”
