Cathartic and informative
I, like most people, want to disassociate with the prevailing child abuse culture that has found a home in western traditions of cinema and marketing, but Jamie is here to help the blame fall where it deserves. Eye opening and inspiring even if uncomfortable at times. It’s worth enduring the uneasy feeling of acknowledgment to find a way to give it rest in the end. Big fan!

First episode in, I’m hooked. It makes me want to go back to my english lit class with a great prof who assigns this as supplementary material to contextualize reading the book.

I think I’ve wondered about this very topic, but clearly the universe was waiting for this podcast. Super excited to hear Jaimie’s take.
