“Lost existed in a time before binging. One of the elements that helped me be a life long fan was the discussion which would happen week to week or the interminable wait between seasons. This podcast reminds me of those conversations. Josh Wigler and Mike Bloom have in depth but easily listenable breakdowns of each episode. Sometimes serious theory discussion and sometimes silly non-sequitors.
If you are rewatching for the 108th time or looking to explore The Island for the first time, this is a great accompaniment.
