    About Elodie

    Elodie is a yoga teacher and osteopath specialising in treating performing artists. Originally from France, she moved over to the UK to train at The Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and fell into yoga over a decade ago as she decided to hang up her dancing shoes. She teaches many styles from Yoga Nidra, all the way through to Jivamukti and has also worked behind the yoga curtain, both as a studio manager, teacher trainer and head of teaching for Hotpod Yoga. She continues to teach anatomy on many reputable teacher training courses, as well as work as an osteopath in South London. She also lectures at the University College of Osteopathy.

So many great avenues to explore!

I love that with physio there is so much to learn and so many avenues to explore and as Kate Brandon said, you don’t have to know it all. I’m not a yogi teacher or a pt but I have a hypermobile child and over the years have learned so much about bodies, mine included. I’m lucky to have found Cel and all of her explorations to guide me into finding more ways to heal and move.
