Mostly useful
I find Gary’s advice very helpful because it comes from a scientific place that is backed by research. Adam had useful tips, but it’s obvious when Gary is talking, Adam is thinking of ways to bring everything back to himself. He brings the conversation back to him..references CrossFit, tries to make jokes about his past, a lot is about him and it chews up 2-4 minutes after Gary is ready to keep moving forward. He borders on obnoxious in many episodes. Also, after Adam gives advice or makes statements, he has a mannerism/ habit of inhaling through his nose very loudly and it drives me to drink.

I appreciate the dynamic of the two hosts and that they’re grounded in current research—that’s important. I wish they’d make more content and it’s nice they’re not selling a program every five seconds.
