He is currently a DPhil graduate student at the Departement of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics of the University of Oxford. His main area of interest is exogenous ketone metabolism in diabetic patients. In this episode, Drs. Brian, Tro, and Adrian discuss a study released a few years ago on the effectiveness of low-carb versus low-fat diets for weight loss over a 12-month period called The DIETFITS Randomized Clinical Trial.
