In this episode you will meet Henrik Aspen, partner in the private equity company Verdane. Henrik will walk us through the sales process from the very beginning until closing. He will also take us through the due dilligence process, valuation of companies and help us understand Verdane's role as the new owner of your company. Henrik Aspen has worked within Private Equity since 2002 and participated in more than 30 boards e.g. EasyPark and WhiteAway.
