Wanna feel guilted
I love both hosts. It doesn’t really bother me when they do episodes about calories and/or exercise and say that those are not really important (I think they are.) What bothers me is the constant talk of fat shaming. Fat shaming ABSOLUTELY exists, but when they talk about it constantly and aggressively, I feel chastised as a listener. If I’m a listener of the show, I’m already very aware of the stigma. Stop yelling that EVERYONE is demonizing fat people. That’s not a behavior that I demonstrate.
