When I came across Andrea’s podcast, I discovered something new - she shares not the typical diet-culture message, but a message and guidance towards whole health for the whole person. I have finally found someone who can teach me - in layman’s terms - ways to make lasting lifestyle changes for body, mindset, and soul that I am confident are helping me to heal my relationship with food, honestly address my food addiction and lifelong struggle with binging, and build a new relationship with MYSELF to become a healthier, happier me.
