So Amazing!
I found this podcast about a year ago, right after having my second baby, and I binge listened to all previous episodes and then binged a second time with both of my sisters, lol. I love love love this podcast and am so grateful for the insight Andrea gives. I have done so many different “diets” trying to get to my ideal body and have never reached a place of health, for my body or mind. I am now starting to feel like I’m actually reaching goals and, more importantly, learning how to maintain after reaching them. I just have so much hope now in regards to my fitness journey instead of dread and disappointment. I’m also grateful for the advice Andrea gives on how to teach proper nutrition and training to kids so that I can initiate change and be a positive influence in my kid’s lives and help them grow up with healthy bodies and mindsets.

She is an inspiration and I love how involved her kids are. She makes it look easy but she is real about process and doing things the right way even if you aren’t so great at it in the beginning.

Andrea really nails it when she said to stop starting over....just keep going. How many times have we all given up on healthy changes and tried to start over. What if we just kept going....how many days, weeks, months would that add up to of healthier habits!!!

She practices what she preaches, is your biggest cheerleader, and puts things into perspective the way we all need it when we are getting down on ourselves. Love that you are now doing a podcasts, so excited to see what other posts will come!
