Leonard has been a governer of the Academy of Motion Pictures and was the first makeup artist to serve as an Academy vice president. He has been a personal makeup artist to Cher, Meg Ryan, Val Kilmer and Sylvester Stallone. On many films Leonard has been the department head and is highly skilled in everything from beauty to prosthetics. You should check out his IMDB because because his credits are too many to mention. On a personal note, Leonard has been a mentor to me my entire career. I never stop learning from him. I'm delighted and honored to have him on our podcast.  Enjoy!

    Sculptor Randy Bowen

    A candid conversation with sculptor extraordinaire, Randy Bowen.  He began as a garage kit creator and in his 20's was director of Product Development at Dark Horse comics. Randy went on to create his own company, Bowen Designs that has produced over 500 statues and busts of licensed Marvel characters.
    His sculpture of Superman was regularly seen on Seinfeld. He has collaborated with such luminaries as Frank Frazetta, Frank Miller and Ray Harryhausen.

Always a great source of learning

Michael Key, the man behind MAKEUP ARTIST MAGAZINE these past decades now gives us first hand information, advise, tech tips and fun stories from sets in his new podcast series. He’s a great interviewer and l am looking forward to the future interviews with the super stars of makeup!
