MINI EPISODE 82: Enneagram One+Anxiety+Triggers w/Becky Williams, CHC
In the Bible, it is written that "a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). By understanding our own and others' conflict styles through the lens of the Enneagram, we can communicate more effectively and navigate conflicts with grace and compassion. This can lead to reduced anxiety and stress, as well as strengthened relationships and a deeper understanding of ourselves and those around us.
