“I am a fan of podcasts and have listened to many different shows over the years. Every now and then I come across a show that becomes more than a great listen; it becomes essential listening. As a leader, I am always seeking to understand myself better and this podcast has become instrumental in my learning about my leadership fears, anxiety, and emotional issues. Augustine's once prayed, “Grant, Lord, that I may know myself that I may thee.” Any leader, who cares about those they lead and the mission they are working to accomplish, must care about growing and understanding themselves.
