“In my life, anxiety is something that can be very difficult to deal with. This podcast is helpful in giving me tools on naming my anxiety as I sense it happening instead of feeling trapped by it. When I sense my “tightening gut” I am now able to reframe my situation and feel more in control of my thoughts than I had before I was able to notice when my body shows signs of anxiety. I also love how Steve brings several people from different backgrounds and leadership positions to talk about something that we all have to learn how to manage. Each guest has been phenomenal and inspiring to learn from.
