What attributes make you different from others? What makes your business unique? How best do you handle crisis? These are relevant questions for self assessment. Personality impacts the management of people. Your personality includes your relatively stable feeling, thoughts and behavioral patterns. We all have unique personalities that differentiates us from others. No one is created better than the other. Our ability to understand this gives us hint about yourself and others. Is it possible to change your personality? Yes. Emphatically Yes. I use to be very timid, naive and shy as a teenager. But when I got to the University I decided to break loss of my shyness, timidly and naivety. How? Be determining to change the things that held me bound like a cocoon. And because I relied on my father God He helped me out. I wouldn't have been able to do all I do today if I didn't make that decision. Remember it was a determination. And still look out for areas that need changes in my personality today so as to get to where I am heading for. It can be so with you and everyone else who want a change in any frustrating aspect of their personality. It is necessary to attach your name and reputation to what you do as this will set you apart. You love it the way you are? Ño problem. But if you don't, it can be changed. Be conscious of what you do and how you do it. Thank you and please join us next time on Mandy's ChatUp podcast.
