“Used to listen every week now occasionally depending on the guest. Martin & Tony are good but Tom & Holly too self obsessed to the point that i just delete it, H in particular. Keep trying with it but it’s not there anymore. To hear Tom virtually dismiss the recent weekend event ‘is this six or seven, you’ll know better than me’ to a guest at the event! Runners World rehash the same articles all the time & sadly this does the same, Rob Deering & Paul T podcast so more modern & relevant. Too much rubbish about boring stuff.”

“A good mix of all things running, branching away from pure marathon talk at the moment, which I think opens this up to a wider audience.
I find if ever I am a bit down after an injury lay off these guys get me ready for going again.
