Useful esp for those new to structured training
Handy sessions particularly for those who haven’t much experience with intervals and structured training. Would be more helpful to have some notes on what is involved in each session and where in eg an 18,16 or 12 week program the sessions should fit (hint: not Week 1 unless you are going in with a strong base). I am using the sessions on alternate weeks from Week 3 in a 16 week program and I think that is a good fit (again, for me as someone who runs plenty miles but does very little speed work or the like)- these are long, pretty intense sessions - I ran 14 miles in week 2 including warm up and cool down, hitting PBS for 10k and 1/2 marathon.
