Because treatment in hospitals needs more ICU beds and Respirators. I’m sure they could use regular room’s and make do. In a war you use what is at hand not a class A trauma center. I love working with state of art but push comes to shove I use what is at hand to get things done. I’m sure Doctor’s can do the same and still save life’s . Maybe the number raises to Two percent. I think we need to stop the murder of the Economy now.”
