Great insight!

Had another parent enlighten me on this podcast. Love it! Love hearing them talk about wrestling. They do a great job covering our western Iowa wrestlers.

Insightful and entertaining

Jan George knows wrestling! He and his cohost, Mark, speak candidly about NW Iowa and the sport he loves so much. Having wrestled in high school myself, it takes me back to those special years of my life as a competitor in the greatest sport on earth.

Jan and Mark are funny and smart and definitely worth adding to your podcast list.

Carl's Jr. Gave me diarrhea.

When I use to wrestle, I would eat Carl's Jr. I would always eat like enough to get full but at the same time it was probably too much. I mean, I weigh like 165 pounds so probably like 3 burgers is what I would have. I ate a lot before the match so I would be ready for the action. It's weird cuz you wanna be full but not like too full to actually wrestle. I guess if you've never wrestled it's kind of hard to understand, but I like Carl's Jr. A lot... Anyway one day I ate like 4 burgers instead of three and then I got pretty sick. Mark always says on the podcast to stay grounded so I kept my feet under me and focused on the finish. I picked up my opponent cuz I was thinking of how mark always says that, and then as I picked him up, I sharted my pants like really bad. It was so gross I hate even talking about when people ask me, " was it embarrassing when you sharted that one time in wrestling?" , yeah it was embarrassing guys. Please stop asking me that, OBVIOUSLY. Anyway thanks to mark for giving me the focus. I still eat Carl's Jr every now and then but then again, io t really wrestle anymore because everyone calls me shart wrestler now. I don't know how that's funny but whatever. I don't really even care to be honest. Thanks to mark and Jonathan for the inpiration. Without wrestling my life might be better but I don't focus on that now. I work at kinkos and I take one day as time. If your just gonna come by and call me shart pants, don't waste your time. I've heard it many times and it's not funny. Anyway thanks to mark and Jonathan for teaching me how to handle adversity. Also black ink is on sale at kinkos.
