Facing Unworthiness And The Path To Wholeness With Shai Orr

Facing Unworthiness And The Path To Wholeness With Shai Orr

I had the honor to conversate with Shai Orr. Father of 3 daughters and author of two books, Miraculous Parenting and No Boundaries.

This interview shook me to the core and had me confront my fears of unworthiness and being seen.

In the conversation, Shai walks us through the different stages of separation from our innate nature of worthiness into the vigorous stages of feeling unworthy of love and connection, that abruptly develops during childhood.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

The Spiritual and Creative Aspects of Becoming a Mother with Winona Wyborn

The Spiritual and Creative Aspects of Becoming a Mother with Winona Wyborn

Sunday 7pm NY Time, Monday 9am Sydney Australia Time: Winona meets me online. Her beauty is shining through her reserved demeanor. As we casually converse, I find Winona to be a wildly inspiring force of nature. Both feminine and powerful as a lioness, she is supremely connected to her primal instincts.

I share some of what I find to be her most touching writings, and the conversation unfolds to the topics of pregnancy, giving birth and motherhood. Gradually, as I delight in her company,  I feel mighty yet soft, sensual and free.

Winona is a mother, entrepreneur and holistic health advocate who is passionate about living a life that is in true alignment with one's values and desires

Maya David ON: Reverence for the Feminine, Finding Joy and Purpose in Non-Doing and Evolving as a Multi Disciplinary Artist

I met Maya for the first time via zoom. I immediately fell for her charm as she smiled and chuckled. Talking to her was just as enjoyable as witnessing her art.

We talked about how her artistic journey began, her love of working with women and how important it is to her to capture the feminine in its natural state with diverse shapes, forms, colors & textures.

Maya elaborated on her recent lifestyle changes: she finally let go of working during vacation and instead gave herself the gift of rejoicing in stillness -- which led her to realize a new path in her creative career.

Maya David is an Irish/ English Photographer & Artist based between Bali and Ibiza.

The main focus of Maya’s work is creating imagery that celebrates diversity and encourages body positivity.

Into the Wild with Maya Bracha and Melvin Pichardo

Into the Wild with Maya Bracha and Melvin Pichardo

In this conversation, according to Alma's request from the first episode, Melvin Is interviewing me.

We talk about the wilderness of the void when you let yourself be in the unknown, and walk your own unique path.

We reference both of our favorite pieces of art, Mr. Vertigo by Paul Auster (Melvin reads a short monologue from it in the beginning) and I read a little quote from the movie Wild which is based on the story of Sheryl Strayed.

Embracing Your Weirdness with Melvin Pichardo

Embracing Your Weirdness with Melvin Pichardo

After starting my podcast in Hebrew (לב אמיץ which means brave heart), I realized there are so many people I would like to speak to that don't speak my language. One of them is Melvin, my husband.

We met in the morning with some mocha cold brew on the side, right before Melvin needed to head to his work.

To keep it short, this is a very raw conversation right from our home.

Melvin takes us into his intriguing inner world where pain meets surrender, and defeat meets a new beginning.
