Great find
I stumbled upon this podcast and I love it. I find it not only educational but unabashedly relatable. I love the the balance of raw honesty and brave stories from the guests versus Mayim’s scientific breakdown of what’s happening to the mind and body. I will say that as an only child who experienced nothing but trauma my whole life it seems as though she shames being an only child. This does nothing but make people feel isolated and worse for something that was out of their control. The insinuation that siblings would have made it all better and we are worse for the wear doesn’t help anyone.

More reviews of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown
Putting good scientific facts about mental health and the brain in general. With an amazing entertaining twist with her guest.
