Anthony Green
Thank you so much for this podcast, but especially this last episode with Anthony Green. I was having a super rough mental health day and I usually put on uplifting music which isn’t bad but tends to allow me to push through my feeling vs sitting with them. This episode came up on my phone right as I went to do that and I figured why not? It allowed me to sit with my discomfort in an abstract and self loving way, and not just pretend as if nothing was wrong. Which if I’m being honest I really never do. Anthony seems to be a kind and externally humble man and I enjoyed this episode immensely. Thank you for all that you do to bring awareness and love into the mental health space!
