A rare find ….

For some time now I have been benefiting from and enjoy these guided meditations. They will gently guide you to relax and clear the clutter from your mind. This without any interference in who you are or what you believe, no agenda or pitch….., just an easing into a state of mental and physical relaxation…..

Without interference in why the lapse in new meditations, I hope Dawn finds reason to continue with her sharing of inner wisdom through the soothing gentleness of these thoughtful meditations.

Hidden Gem 💙

This meditation is perfect!! I’ve been searching for a relatable meditation for a while. Lots of them are either too long or too basic. Dawns voice is incredibly peaceful, calming, and encouraging. I felt like she was in the room with me, not just on a podcast. I’m so happy I kept searching & found this podcast!

Helpful and Appreciated!

I have never done meditation before, and searched for just the right one. This was the best one because it is expertly guided by Dawn with her soothing, calm, smart and comforting words. I have been anxious, especially since Dec. of 2020 when the pandemic worsened. These meditations have helped me get through this tough time. May have even been a lifesaver for me. It has alleviated my anxiety and health concerns. This has proven to be very helpful for me. Thank you for providing this service to help people in such a wonderful way.
