    Als je in een burn-out zit of ernstige stress ervaart, kan het zijn dat je hyperventilatie krijgt. Je kunt verschillende klachten hebben bij hyperventilatie, zoals tintelingen, hartkloppingen, angst en kortademigheid. Het is belangrijk dat je dan je adem weer onder controle krijgt, door vooral lang uit te ademen. Met deze oefening zorg je voor een rustige en ontspannen ademhaling.
