I’m a behavior analyst and health coach and this is my go-to podcast for slowing down, paying attention, and relaxation. I use this when walking, before bed, and any time my nerves are bothering me! Chel has the most calming voice and really gives some good, behavioral tips for being mindful and focusing on breathing/what’s going on around you and gives some good visualizations for when what’s going on around you may not be the best thing to focus on. She’s amazing!
