How I wish I would have found this sooner.

You guys are great! I found your podcast the day after my wife and I decided to divorce and have been listening to previous episodes ever since. The episodes that really ring true with me I’ve listened to multiple times. Your show convinced me to seek out a therapist and open up about things that I have kept in to almost 20 years. It’s hard to do, but I kept thinking of your show and telling myself to just get it out.

What you guys are doing is great and I look forward to future shows and seeing where this journey leads. I have hidden from and feared my feelings for to long. Nobody should have to do that.

Thanks guys.

Refreshing

I've been intrigued by some things I've read/heard from Bryan and just had to give this podcast a liste...even though I'm the wife, not the husband. It's refreshing, as it makes a person feel things may be easier than we thought in some ways. It reminds me of some advice I've read lately to "try softer" instead of trying harder. I encountered an occasional "F word," which is not my preference, but if you don't mind or can overlook that there's some good advice here.

Support for men

I’ve been following Bryan for years and love how he truly cares about men’s work and the journey we are all on. Great podcast.
