Did you marry the wrong person?

Love does not dishonor others! How can we say that we love our spouses and willingly dishonor them at the same time. Love is not proud! In marriage you can either be proud or humble but it is impossible to be both. It is very difficult to have a meaningful conversation with a spouse full of pride. Love is patient, love is kind, "IT DOES NOT ENVY". God's first requirement for love is patience, because through patience we find peace and through peace we find happiness. Satan loves to be oppisite of God, so envy is his first requirement. In the garden, envy is what he used to entice eve. Envy is wanting what someone else has. Adam and Eve were not content with all that God ha given them, they wanted more. Are you envious of your friends? Your family members? What about your spouse? Envy...

Discipline is hard but after a while a habit forms and what was once hard is now easy. God gives us all the ability to decide to have a successful marriage. As Christian Men and Women, we must always be aware of our thoughts. God said if you lust in your heart you have sinned already. Sin starts in the mind. God has given us the spirit of self control but we must activate it to avoid temptation at all cost!
