I am the creator of this podcast. I have a bias in my own favor, hence the 5 stars. 😂 In all seriousness, thank you to everyone that has tuned in and continues to do so. To those that have benefited in some way from listening: I am so grateful and feel honored that you’ve chosen to be part of my journey. It means the world to me. To those that disagreed with the content/did not vibe with me: that’s okay too; that is your right and I thank you so much for at least giving it a chance - I’m sorry it didn’t live up to your expectations, and I appreciate your honest feelings about my content.
Feels like I’m having my own Mini-Therapy Sessions when needed mid day!
I really like this Podcast because it immediately puts me at ease when dealing with tough personal subjects. I’m here because I suffer from Anxiety, Depression, OCD Intrusive Thoughts and Social Anxiety 😂 I’m a jack of all trades what can I say 🤷🏻♀️ But hearing Olivia speak on her own issues & what has worked with her clients gives me a mini therapy session when I’m home/working and it’s just me & my thoughts. The vibe of the Podcast & inclusive content really makes me feel like I’m having my own private session usually when I need it the most in the middle of a random day. It gets me out of my head & the “Me” feelings & gives me something to focus on that also aids in my day to day coping. I’m aware I sound like a nut job but I assure you I’m a pretty normal person & the tips in the Podcast are great I think even for people who are normal just having relationship issues whether it be personal, work, love & or family. Highly recommend for all walks of life 😉
Uneducated
So many inaccuracies. So many unfounded judgements. For instance, psychopaths are not sociopaths and we can’t force ourselves to feel. We can fake empathy but we can’t feel it. Please educate yourself. This was the worst description I’ve ever heard. If I could feel bad, I would.
