Great podcast!
I appreciate your balanced and insightful coverage of t Brewer. I also loved your recent advice on how to watch the Brewers to maintain domestic tranquility in the household: keeping the game on in the background, on mute with music on. It works! Since I gave you. 5 ✰ review, and became a Patreon, I provided you something to read. Hint, if you have trouble saying membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, sing it in rhythm to the song “Supercalifragilistic Expialidocious” from Sound of Music. Actually if you could sing the words membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis it would be best. Thanks, and good luck. Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis is an uncommon kidney disorder characterized by mesangial cell proliferation and structural changes in glomerular capillary walls. It can be subdivided into idiopathic and secondary forms, which are differentially diagnosed by a review of clinical features, laboratory data, and renal histopathology. Three types—I, II, and III—have been defined by pathologic features. All three types are associated with hypocomplementemia, but they manifest somewhat different mechanisms of complement activation. Type II, also known as “dense deposit disease”, is associated with the presence of C3-nephritic factor. Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis primarily affects children and young adults, with patients presenting with nephrotic or nephritic syndrome or with asymptomatic renal disease. This type of glomerulonephritis often progresses slowly to end-stage renal disease, and it tends to recur after renal transplantation, especially type II. The efficacy of various forms of treatment remains controversial; however, long-term steroid treatment seems to be effective in children with nephrotic-range proteinuria.

You should always pay top dollar to running backs, they are the crucial. Wins and batting average are the most important stat. I think the Bears front office is incredible. The Ricketts family are good people and I wish they were my friends

Stop making political comments, Paul. Seriously, it’s incredibly annoying. Try to escape the dungpile of politics and listen to a baseball pod? Too bad! Like the other guys, but Paul goes out of his way to talk politics. Also, stop talking football for 10 minutes an episode. I don’t even mind the...Read full review »
