Realistic approach to fitness

I love they’re approach to getting fit… great perspectives and educational… they don’t do extremes and try to keep us level headed in our journey… that’s important cause the highs and lows can make people quit altogether. This show will stay in my rotation FOREVER… FOREVER

Amazing! This group of cockamamie guys has taught me to be a, and to have a, better father figure. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and rarely cocky. If you want to dive into their fitness expertise an episode like #2305 would be a great start. Otherwise dive in anywhere and listen to this show that takes on the peacocking of most of the fitness industry.
