Thats how good this show is! I cracked up at the gym on the story about the two-medium shirts lady, people were staring at me but I didn’t care worth it. I have a question the types of creatine, how does each one work differently such as Kre-Alkaline, Monohydrate, Liquid Creatine, Conjugated etc.? Which is the most efficient? are they all healthy for the body? I also have a question about recovery. How do these methods work for your body: Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Ice Bath?
