I initially enjoyed this pod, thinking they were genuine and I could trust not to be advertised to. It’s worse, the ads are blended into conversation which appears contrived for this purpose. If you listen to a few you can hear the same anecdotes on loop, I.e the old guy lifting the kettle bell above his head magically transforms into presenters dad in a different anecdote with same premise. Seriously it’s so lame and repetitive. I get it, there selling a product for fitness and the theory around doing less workouts to achieve long term sustainability is correct. Sadly like many things this message is getting lost between all the “incredible” 50% off workout bundles and advertising.
