Life saver
I’m on day three of both stay-at-home governmental order and session three of these seated and running meditations. I can’t believe running is one of the only things you can safely do outside now, and this, guided running meditations, which I always wanted but it never existed, showed up right now. My running (and sitting) has always felt like this, but now it FEELS like this, if you know what I mean. I’m 100% going to need these next sessions and I can’t believe I have something to curiously and openmindedly look forward to when I’m sometimes not sure tomorrow will even happen. Grateful for this grounding in a time of crisis.
