“I’ve never really been interested in meditation but I was having a lot of doubts on one my goals so I needed to calm down. I typically use Spotify so I typed in meditation and was attracted to mindful in minutes immediately. I listened to one of the newer episodes and it helped immensely. The next day I listened to an older one called Loving Kindness meditation and it made me cry. She took you through genuinely wishing people you care about and even someone who aggravates you a little and wish them well. The kicker was she also wanted to say it yourself. My strongest pain points are lack of self-care or self-love and absolutely NEVER in my life did I take one good look at myself and genuinely love her and proud of where she was. I’ve tried before but without success and how Kelly presented it, was just beautiful. I now listen to this podcast every morning! I’m quite grateful for it.”
