    Life requires a balance between our daily routine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tuning in to your chakras, understanding their energy and learning different ways of moving and enhancing them will add a whole new depth to your health, well-being, and life in general.

    You may have a general understanding of the chakras placement in the body. You might be aware of the vibrant rainbow of color associated with the system. Or you might know nothing at all, in which case, I am excited to share with you. Deepening our knowledge of the chakra system is the first step towards understanding how we can nourish and heal our chakras to bring a greater sense of happiness, purpose, and peace to our lives.
