Heather Odegard (or Ms. O) is a kindergarten teacher who loves teaching mindfulness to groups of students during and after school hours. She believes children should know about the power of their minds at a young age!

Great for kids
My 7 year old struggles w anxiety and everything u discuss i wish there were more bc he loves your voice! He asks every time we put on meditation "mom i like that lady" (referring to u bc u were the first one he heard) its helped him so much already! Thank u for these🖤Read full review »
