Some effort has gone into the post production, nice use of sound effects, pauses and i found the guiding prompts came in at just the right moments (when my mind was wandering). Give it a go - it’s my favourite

This is a great way for a beginner to start meditation. The track is only 23 minutes long so you can get it in early in the morning or at lunch time. Lisa leaves ample time for silence and her voice is calm and soothing. Give it a go!!!! I have really enjoyed it.

I'm a beginner and this is a great intro to meditation. There was enough time for me to focus on all the techniques so I didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend!
