“As someone who tuned in to hear about this infamous treasure hunt I was disappointed to discover only half the content focused on it. With the other half the creator delves into the life of the protagonist. This may be of interest to some but, if you’re just interested in the hunt like I was, there are some more straight-to-the-point sources out there.”

“Darrell is almost unbearable to listen to. Sounds like a tweaker. He may not be, but you wouldn’t know that. The narrator even says at one point “sounds like listening to an addict.” The guy is delusional and it’s annoying to hear. Shame because I like the story of Fenn’s Treasure.”

“At the heart of this is an interesting story and the conceit of telling predominantly through one persons journey could work well. But this really should have been 3-4 episodes long and 8 episodes in the mostly monotone delivery is starting to grate.
