Wow! Shocking!
This podcast is just heart breaking but so very important for all to understand the horrible injustices done to the indigenous of Canada. My heart aches for Cleo, her entire family and all of those who were taken away in the ‘60’s scoop”. My heart aches for all those who were sent to residential schools and the devastating abuse they endured. Then to have their children taken away in the “60’s scoop” and subsequently put up for adoption to “white families”. Innocent children ripped away from their families and their culture; advertised in papers for adoption as if one were adopting a puppy. There will never be enough retribution and apologies for what happened to them. So very sorry. Thank you for sharing their history.

This podcast will keep you clicking for the next episode. It's fascinating and heart breaking all at once. This is a story that needed to be told and Connie is the perfect investigative journalist for it. I hope all the missing women in BC are featured in a podcast.Read full review »

This is amazing and so relevant. My only wish is that we could investigate and hear about all the missing First Nations women. All of their stories need to be heard.
