Kind, intentional, inviting - highly recommend
I have only been working Molly into my mornings for 2 weeks and I’m hooked. Especially for someone new to meditation, these episodes check all boxes that have been roadblocks for me. They are a great length, consistency in a kind hopeful tone and themes I want integrated in my day, but enough switch up day over day that i don’t get bored or want to look for another add in to keep it interesting.

Aligning my chakras with Molly
Molly’s voice has fast become a port in the storm for me. When I have a stressful day or a rough patch I need to work through, I put a Molly’s Morning podcast on and listen to her guide me through whatever it is I am working through. The heart chakra practice is one of my favorites Molly has and every time I hear it, I feel the energy start to spin through my heart chakra. Molly has a gently cadence to her voice that encourages the energy to keep flowing but doesn’t interrupt it. She calms and soothes, but also informs your experience so you feel guided as you grow through each experience.
